Jess takes a warm, person-centred and neurodiversity-affirming approach. She tailors therapy to each child’s needs, often using creative and play-based techniques. Her work draws on CBT, ACT, DBT and mindfulness-based approaches, with a strong focus on building a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
