Ben is a registered psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults to achieve positive mental health and well-being. He is passionate about providing evidence-based care and holds a postgraduate diploma in Narrative Practices, which helps guide clients in reshaping their personal stories and building new pathways forward.
Ben’s professional experience includes working with children who have experienced trauma and supporting women affected by violence. He strive to provide a safe, compassionate, and empowering therapeutic space where individuals can process difficult experiences, build resilience, and move toward recovery. Alongside this, Ben has also worked for almost three years as a Disability Support Worker in Australia, where he gained valuable insight into the challenges faced by people with diverse needs under the NDIS.
Before moving into psychology, Ben played professional soccer in Chile’s second division. This experience instilled the values of perseverance, resilience, and teamwork, qualities that continue to shape Ben’s practice today.
Ben enjoy working with people across the lifespan, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, and identity development. His approach is inclusive, empathetic, and client-focused, with the aim of helping individuals thrive.
Outside of his professional work, Ben enjoys playing soccer, training in CrossFit, and collecting Pokémon cards. He also loves travelling, exploring anime and Harry Potter, and spending quality time with his family.
