Rochelle Saad is a provisional psychologist with experience working across the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and complex family dynamics. She adopts a warm, person-centred and trauma-informed approach, integrating evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies.

Outside of her professional work, Rochelle enjoys staying active at the gym and playing netball, catching up with friends, and spending time with family. She also enjoys plenty of cuddles with her Chihuahua, Tilly.
